Vacuum Pressure Impregnation Plant

Vacuum impregnation is the most important process for electrical insulation. We design and manufacture the vacuum pressure impregnation plants suitable for all types of impregnation viz. Varnishes, oils, epoxy resins etc. The plants are useful for impregnation of LT/HT motors, generators coils, HV motors etc.

The plants consists of impregnating vessels, impregnant storage tanks, interconnecting pipes & valves, vacuum pumping systems, stoving vessels, pressuring systems & cooling systems. The plants are tailor made and designed according to the requirements. Our every system is completely assembled, wired and tested on prior to shipment .  We also design and manufacture vacuum pressure impregnation plant for sealing the porosity in castings.
