CEE
DEE brand name established in market from the year 1988
and its more than 16 years old. CEE
DEE began by manufacturing vacuum equipment required by
various fields, which were Year
of in depth research and development, coordinated by CEO
Mr. S. G. Dhamale and with We
are an ISO 9001 - 2000 Company certified by TUV for
Design, manufacturing, installation |

This all leads to
the decrease in life of casting and in many cases rejection which has to
be scrapped in turn expensive machining, handling and assembling which
results in wastage of capital in hundreds or even in thousands of rupees. |

As a manufacturer of Vacuum Processing Plants, we have supplied various Metal Impregnation Plants, which are all individual planned on client's request and meet with the latest usual state of technology. On going technical assistance assures Cee Dee customers the highest quality in house impregnation operations. |

Vacuum Pressure Metal Impregnation PI; include a following: Impregnation Tank Impregnation Tank is connected to vacuum system in line with condenser and chilling system. The Dry casting is completely evacuated, in the chamber as well. During operation the reverse flow of resin towards storage tank also take place by dry air pressure. The lid operation of the chamber has an option of manual and automatic opening. Storage Tank Storage Tank is design to store resin below ambient temp, by faciliting with chilled water circulation, low RPM stirrer, sight glass etc. Drain Tank Drain Tank is design to collect excess resin from the impregnated component. It can be manufactured with an option of incline basket, spinning of basket. Excess resin collected, is taken back to the storage tank through filter by manipulating valves. |

Cold Wash Tank Cold wash Tank is design to give wash to the impregnated component, to remove access resin on the impregnated components. Cold wash tank can be provided with showering water with low pressure and rotating basket table option. Hot Wash Tank Hot Wash Tank is design to heat the water to 90° temp, with central drain facilitate. A insulating jacket around the heating water tank will be provided to avoid heat losses. Vacuum Pumping System Vacuum Pumping System is design to create vacuum in impregnating tank and storage tank. The condenser is placed in between the vacuum pump and chamber to collect vapours, moisture and extract gases. The condenser is provided with facility to drain moisture collected during operation. The condenser is also provided with copper tubing for circulation of chilled water. Control Panel Control Panel is design for easy access of operator with an indication of operational / functional item in the system, such as vacuum pump, heater element, stirrer etc. System is provided with an option of manual on PLC control. |

| There
are Four common of impregnation consisting of dry vacuum-pressure,
internal pressure, wet vacuum-pressure and wet vacuum only. The dry vacuum
pressure which CEE DEE pioneered is accomplished as follows: 1) Within an autoclave a vacuum is drawn, the air in the pores is exhausted without an impregnating liquid present to impede the evacuation 2) The liquid impregnant is introduced while the parts are still under vacuum 3) A pressure cycle, of shop air pressure of pressure forces the impregnant deep into the porous cavities of the part for more positive sealing 4) After impregnation the surface of the part is then rinsed in plain water, leaving no evidence or film of the impregnating material on the part surface. Machined surfaces or tolerances are not affected. The liquid material in the pores is cured by the application of heat. Internal Impregnation is accomplished by placing the impregnant inside the casting and applying hydraulic pressure. This procedure is utilized in extremely large castings, forcing the liquid impregnant through the leak paths in the casting wall. Wet
vacuum-pressure and wet vacuum only differ in the application of pressure.
They both introduce parts into an impregnant bath and evacuate the air
above the bath and subsequently from the porosity of the parts through the
surrounding liquid impregnant. Pressure, either atmospheric or shop air is
then applied to aid in penetration of sealant. |
